You got it all wrong, old people tend to like to trick people like
you, becareful, nom can be a chant from buddhism, the Om Nom nom
nom, it help to meditate. When I was a nun in taiwan, every
morning, once wake up, brush teeth and do all the toilet stuffs,
sweep floor, cook porridge and some vege, by 10am, we need to do
meditation with the Om nom nom master Nun.
