As one identifies less and less with the “me”, one will be more
at ease with everybody and with everything. Do you know why?
Because one is no longer afraid of being hurt or not liked. One no
longer desires to impress anyone. Can you imagine the relief when
one does not have to impress anybody anymore?
Suffering points to a misconception somewhere. Suffering occurs
when one clashs with reality. When one’s illusions clash with
reality one’s beliefs, one’s conditionings clash with the truth,
then one suffers. Otherwise there is no suffering
There is only one cause of unhappiness: the false beliefs (aka
conditionings/conceptualized models of …
one has in one’s head, beliefs so widespread, so commonly
held, that it never occurs to one to question them.
One’s vision will become clear only when one looks inwards
…
One who looks outside, dreams.
One who looks inside, awakens.
Ps – Loneliness misconstrued as aloness is unwise! The former is
alienation from onself, disconnected from one’s own self (hardened
self – one’s preserved self has becomes one’’ own prison!) and
nothing will cure except being in congruence with reality and by
reality I mean coming to terms with one’s own lack of …. and till
that is not understood or reconciled – one may be inclined to do
things, have company but it is merely a facade cos one is actually
(wanting) to escape one’s misery, one does not have th courage to
face the fear. When the fears of … are faced, understood,
reconciled – one would not feel ’’better’’ straight away but that
knowin in intself would be a stepping stone to transform and free
one!
