Single & want to buy a flat

I know that singles in singapore are not allowed to buy BTO flats unless they get married or co-own with a parent. Or must wait till 35 years old, but only resale flats allowed.

So is there a way I can loan from bank to buy resale flat? Im 30 this year and I cant save enough on time to raise the COV. Im aware that we can loan from banks to buy flat but can I loan from them to offset the COV?

Its too risky for me to get married and plus I cant just get married for the sake of buying a new flat.
