shall i attend?

Jiani SG

Recentdly, my cca attended a competition. So some of us planed for the scripting..ETC. I had been attending all meetings regularly, in the end, what part did i get? An EXTRA. Then those who had not been attending gets to be the main cast.

Also, i am the only one who had beening attending getting the extra.

So i am thinking of skipping CCA sessions, afterall, it's not complusary.

And i had to juggle my lit project, he project.....

So should i not attend the cca session?

FireIce SG

it’s the face.

btw, chow yun fatt started as extra.

Jiani SG

should i attend the event

The success onstage will not belong solely to the main cast.

People are good at some things and not so good at others. Being given the role of an extra probably just means you're better at backstage/prep work than performing. Besides, someone has to take on the extra role right? And you're busy with other projects too mah. Isn't this a good thing??

It's just one competition, so there's no need to skip your CCA activities... unless you never really enjoyed it in the first place. :p

You determine your own worth, not others. Are YOU pleased with what you've done so far?

A tree did not grow from a seed with a flourish, but rather, slowly and silently.

Thanks for tuning in to MooKu the Guru.

Study come first.

But if u like yr cca, u should talk to your teacher about getting extra role.

FireIce SG

even if u are the tree in the background, u must still be proud of the role and act well as a tree

tts true professionalism

Jiani ar jiani....u got so many projects to work on and yet got time to angry over a "CA LI FAIR" role ...

if the event won't take so much of your project time...u should attend....school drama has always been fun...

acting is so-called geminian dialogue experimentation between oneself in other people's shoes...to understand oneself as well as others....

i think u need to attend the session badly....

TS, if you feel that it belittle you for the acting, then quit and concentrate on your studies.

If you love acting, no matter what role, it is still important for the whole event. Think of a whole and not single role.

This is a project work the cca decide to work on for the prize money, no teachers involved

Its not complusary

Usurp the spotlight. There is no role too small to outshine the protagonist. Think Batman....
