Seems to me that the people here lack common sense to understand
that I am washing my contact lens with tap water because I dropped
it on the floor.
Wow, I seemed to be talking to 4 year olds here, expecting me to
elaborate until so clearly.
People can't read your mind. You are not expected to write a
full essay, but you cannot expect people to fill in all the blanks
correctly. Really, what was in your initial post that suggested
anything about your dropping your lens?
Seriously, would it have been too difficult you to simply add
the line: 'I dropped my contact lens on the floor'?
What you did was a bit like SMS-ing 'You smell' to your
boyfriend without adding '....wonderful today, darling'.
