i'm 30 years old. and i have very irregular sleeping hours,
basically i only sleep when i am tired... so sometimes i sleep very
late, sometimes i sleep very early, wake up early, etc... i suspect
it's depression sipping into my life but i don't want to see
doctor... i take vitamins instead of prozac (i am quite health
conscious, exercise and dun smoke)... i dun know what i am
suffering from, i just so lack of motivation like today i went
plaza sing walk and i couldn't be happy and dunno why i am so
moody... i wonder if this is mid life crisis or something...
speaking of planking, i not so boh liao lah... i depressed but i
dun want to look like a retard... i thought of joining those social
clubs but then i feel like i will influence them all become
unhappy... coz for the last few weeks, i can't really smile or be
happy... is it because singapore too stressful place and the
culture here? i see some countries like australia very laid back
culture...
u already make yourself seem like a retard when u replied to my
topic, but anyway, thats old story..
maybe the problem could be from your diet? some people i know
who are caffeine addicts try to stay away from coffee before
slping.. that includes sweet things like chocolates..
planking only makes u more awake, because your body n spine is
stretched straight and that makes you more alert, plus the
attention from strangers, adrenaline rush.
30 years old considered mid-life? then every decade of people's
life will have crisis liao.
plaza sing doesnt seems that entertaining (at least now) to
me..
could try social clubs? i dont know yet, never try before.
aussie ? people wake up at 5.30am just to wash up and be on the
road to work or school. and u cant slp at 4am. u sure u could
adjust to life there?
