I have brought a resale flat with my bf 5 months back, we are
not yet married as we have only submitted a wedding package invoice
to the HDB officers. we also got the grant of 30k from
HDB. we just collected our key =(
However, our R/S have went really bad this 5 months and I have
realize that this is a bad choice for purchasing the house. we are
trap with this HDB purchase. It getting complicated
with this House. I have some how decided to end this R/S.
anyone out there have similar experience or knew someone with
similar experience with the same situation and have an alternative
way to solve the housing issue?
I think you can stay in the house for 5 years than sell it.
