now thats better...
there seems to be a consistent loss of money over a year
amounting to 1/2 mil ..and u "confirmed" its through pilferage..and
the power to prevent it was not utilised perhaps due to overlooking
it or gross negligence...
would u consider legal action to recover that loss? well,
depends on the complexity of the case....and the legal fees and
chances of winning subject to circumstantial evidence and concrete
proofs in order to decide the next step forward...
u would still need to qualify further the source of the money,
how it was stored, the manner which it was lost....
u had it too complex. its just a matter of how much to spend to
prevent tat loss
