my mother is divorced , im the only child
for reasons I don't want to talk about im worried about
inheritance.
my relatives know about me asking for inhetitance from her and
she has said eveyrhting to me because im her child.
the trouble is my relatives might not want the inhertiance, but
they might mind my mother giving it to me and may influence her.my
relative abused me before till mental illness but my mother did not
report when she found about it, but tried her best to help me in
any way she could.
to gurantee a roof over my head , i asked for joint tenancy with
my mother for her condo.she said ok. however the 10 thousand it
requires to put my name together is very expensive not to mention
another 3 thousand for lawyer and 600 for vulauation\\
(all needed to add my name to the property)
Im scared and wish to save the money but really wish to add my
name.
lawyer is sympathatic and may do it for freee,but 10 thosuands
is still a lot of money
worse come to worse , myn mother assures it is for me, but says
I could work to pay it off. still it's alot. what should I
do?
