i have a house but i don't feel at home in it. i usually
lock myself inside my room to minimise contact / conflicts with my
family. my room is that type facing corridor so the windows
are closed most of the time. i realise that i am
claustrophobic. staying inside the room (closed without open
window) makes me feel uncomfortable. i can't focus on my
work, even though i make myself available to do it. i just
can't settle down to do the work. just want to get out of the
house. as soon as i am out of the house, i feel ok.
when i am at home, i feel tensed and depressed, can't think and
function well. always in a bad mood.
feel so stifled at home that everyday i will roam outside to
avoid coming home. even when i am very tired and very much
like to sleep, i don't go home.
dunno what i should do. it's wasting a lot of precious
time. my lifestyle is very inefficient because of this house
problem.
How about bringing your work out to a library or some quiet
area?
