shan_cai SG As above... Preferably mandarin songs. Long time nv listen 2 radio so dunno got wat nice new songs...
the Bear SG old ones like the one i'm listening to now.. not really sure what your definition of "nice" is so i put down some slow ballad types Through the Barricades - Spandau Ballet and a few more.. Big Yellow Taxi - Counting Crows Virtual Insanity - Jamiroquai Classic Girl - Jane's Addiction Moonlight Lady - Iggy Pop True - Spandau Ballet I Want You - Third Eye Blind some are very old some are not that old and some are pretty new they're all ballads except for the Jamiroquai one which is just outright funky try to find them if you can... i would think the Iggy Pop and Jane's Addiction ones would be harder to find.. if you want, and i'm home, i can send to you, but i'm at work now should listen to more stuff.. i should listen to more mandarin ones too else i'm kinda sticking out like a sore thumb when the mob goes singing in some karaoke
shan_cai SG Sure... thks 4 ur recommendations. I'll go search 4 dis few songs. Btw ur at work now? Wat u workin as?
the Bear SG tell you in a PM hope you like the songs... oh.. try this too.. so sadly sweet.. it's being played now on my PC Madam Butterfly - Malcolm McLaren it's a song about Madam Butterfly in Puccini's opera, but done in such a wonderful way that fuses the aria of the opera with spoken word, soul, and funk... do a search about the sad story
b3nd d0wn SG umm, i prefer western song to chinese one try Fire - Babyface & Desree First Love - Utada Hikaru
