my sister is facing this predicament now.
three years ago, she quit her job to start a family. she
was holding an executive position. now, she wants to rejoin
the industry but finds it tough getting a job in her original
profession.
what can she do to rejoin her industry preferably at the
equivalent level where she left it ?
Seek her old colleagues for help if she is close to any of
them.
Other than that, it is unlikely for her to jump straight back to
anywhere close to where she was before.
