Yes, please print out whatever that the girl have wrote about your daughter online. It is considered as cyber bullying. Maybe you would like to inform your daughter's form teacher as to keep an eye on her? She might face more bullying with such case coming up, especially on blogs. (you know kids nowadays -.-) Of course, all these to be done discreetly, and that it would only be between you and the teacher. This is for your child safety.

Hope your daughter pick up herself from this incident soon. =)

I’d hire a lawyer and take the DM to court. Or craft letters to all MOE big wigs to disclose the situation
If you have the $$$/time, do it.
Righteousness and anger don’t grant you anything. You got to fight for what you believe in.
If not willing to spend $, keep quiet and stop venting your frustration online. It’s not going to change anything for your daughter.

bullying takes the physical form when in school, at the workplace, they are silent flying daggers.

I don't mean to patronise but since there's little you can do to change the situation, may i suggest that you bring this matter up to MOE, write to the media or the best would be to counsel your daughter and help her recover from this setback.

Not everyone likes to be tapped, it happens at the workplace too, isn't it? Sometimes we don't know when we step on someone's toes. The most important thing is how we handle the aftermath.

Send an official email to the school and cc to MOE...when they see that they'll take you more seriously...By the way...you better have solid proof about your daughter's innocence..if not later backfire then you noe...

By the way...you can't protect your daughter all her life...it'll be better to teach her to stand up for herself and solve her own problems...she can't always come running to you whenever she meets with a setback you know...

Write in directly to the Minister for Education. When something happens like this, schools just want to cover up the matter.

Please take the blog comments and use it against them. But my suggestion is for a matured person, don’t take the matter too far and ruin a child’s future. Most religions preach forgiveness and patience, and I guess they all said those same thing for some good reasons. Maybe you should do something but not to the extend of really hurting anyone. An eye for an eye makes the whole world go blind. Plus, it’s always a nice feeling to know that you actually have managed to forgive someone else who don’t or might not deserves it.

Sometimes a higher power helps. Just like last time got one case, the teacher beat the girl hand, then the parent go complain to moe, in the end the teacher resigned. However bullying is a different case, i guess TS knows what she should do.

from the sound of the slap, it would hurt like hell...

most, if not all of the disciplinary problems of children, stem from bad parenting..

and for those who are older, remember when the school punished you, and your parents got to know about it, punished you a second time?

Educate the DM on the differences between violence and greetings.

There are no such school rules as “No playing truth or dare” Or “No Kissing”. Kissing is an act that requires of 2 willing parties. Your daughter is wrongfully punished unless she is a fat and ugly girl that forced herself on that poor guy.
