LOL, I only take 169 on Weekends (Weekdays if public holidays),
since I'm not from Woodlands, so I'm not sure of the
splits... I'm confused as the buses were very constant last time on
Weekends, but ever since January this year, things have been
getting weirder...
As far as I know, if you want to determine whether a bus is perm
on any svc, you should just go by what you see on Weekdays.
Weekends' & PH's spottings you can basically ignore if you
want to prove if a bus is perm, because practically every svc
doesn't run their full fleet on weekends.
And I don't live in Woodlands as well, I live in Pasir Ris. But
at least on weekdays I see that svc everyday. So location isn't the
issue but how often you take / spot a svc is.
