SMB203S got the new livery since a long time ago...but I am just getting curious, why SMRT did not bother to apply for official lay up of 1399D, 1553A and several others that have been down for months at the same time?

Heh heh heh...you could have posted in the Miscellaneous Topics, since 2791M was already confirmed to be laid up for a period of time and we did not hear any news that 9611D and 9612B are missing in the first place at all.
