Will there still be BSEP after GCM is implemented?
During the transition period of GCM, BSEP and GCM will run
together. BSEP would be for areas without GCM.
After the transition period of GCM, there will no longer be
BSEP.
After all, BSEP and GCM are improvement programmes. Before BSEP,
it was the quarterly review of bus services. After BSEP, it is
GCM.
If you are referring to the government funding of buses, it's
not BSEP. It is BSEF: Bus Service Enhancement Fund.
The Bus Service Enhancement Fund is explained and elaborated in
