What about Commonwealth Dr / Tanglin Halt (road where sv 61 plies)... I heard that is going for redevelopment. Maragret Dr HDBs are almost complete.

Hi me busanalyser, I thought they will be relocated to those new flats in Margaret drive and Dawson. There are many projects there which have not started build. Those SERS replacement flats will only be up few years later. The last time I went by few weeks ago, the land is still empty. Cheers. Thanks.

Honestly the timing for bus service 258 need to be adjusted so the residents here do not have to wait fr nearly 15min fr 1 bus.

The loading does not justify any fleet add or frequency improvement. The route needs to be tweaked to loop at St 81/82 originating from Joo Koon. This way bus does not need to go to Boon Lay and will save some time, improving frequency to 12 mins.

More so, there isn't much loading at Pioneer MRT for 258 apart from those who take it to their house along st 71.

In future Bukit Batok West will get 2 feeder services, not one. You will need a feeder to ply all the avenues 5,6,7,8,9 + Bukit Batok Road. Every quarter there is announcement of hybrid development + residential + educational insitution. In future, 180 will also get massive fleet add once BBT West is complete.

I wonder what will happen to 160... Unique connection to Jurong East yet frequency is simply terrible.

I suspect there will be a new service to Jurong East from this town when it is developed. 160 will not be able to tank the load.

They can amend 120 & 122 from Marina Centre now if svc 56 & 97 end somewhere else.

56 & 97 hopefully can merge. But then again LTA not keen on extending 198 into CBD even though it is only a few bus stops.

Why the need to merge 56 & 97 when one start from Bishan and one from Jurong East?198 because of the journeys and manpower it needs..Like that why dont extend 174 to Lor 1 then..So many options la..

LTA plans mah..Seriously 68 its inside the Loyang package already.I believe Tower Transit,Go Ahead and those two incumbents will bids for Sungei Seletar package..And i heard the bidding will extend till Ulu Pandan and the rest of the remaining packages will be run by the two incumbents till their BSOL expires in 2021.Just imagine Go Ahead already with Loyang wins Ulu Pandan or Sungei Seletar and Tower Transit with Bulim wins either Sungei Seletar or Ulu Pandan..

68 can start from Changi Village, pass by Loyang Ave/Way, Psr Dr 2/1, Psr St 11, Psr Dr 6/3/10/1/12, Tamp Ave 10/9, St 72/81, ave 8, St 83, Ave 3/4/7/9/6/5/4 and loop back. Pls give feedback.

68 is all speculation yet. Pasir Ris is not really in need of a new service as both ave 1 and ave 3 is pretty well taken care of.

Moreover Pasir Ris town has direct connections to most places.
