I never feel nervious in my exam because pass or fail didnt bother me. I used to fail many of my papers i took.. my dad caned me so many times until he found me hopeless.. and dont bother anymore.. that was the best part.. No cane.. No pressure on study.. then my mind start to think better study better... from there onwards flying colour on my result throught out few years in ITE but until 2nd in polytechnic, my mind suddenly black out during examination. haiz.. until now when i think something hard.. my head start to feel heavy and headache.. my Life is SUCK.. anyway.. that's oki.. life still go on.. althought i feel that i am stuck at the middle and cant progress anymore with my brain.. i still can make a living with low paid. CHEER

It can be potentially dangerous and results in long term negative effects if your headache is sudden and remains there for a long period of time.

It is strongly advisable that you see a doctor if your headache is affecting your daily life, as he/she will be able to refer you to a specialist for help.

Hi,

I always have problems staying calm in examinations too. I normally do better when I am well-prepared for the examinations. Even if I cannot comprehend everything, I'll try to understand whatever I can and not overcramp my mind as possible. Most importantly, have disciplined study habits, enough rest and do not overstress yourself! Have a good breakfast on the exam day itself and breathe in and out deeply. :) Hope you did good in your exams!
