Suffer the children....my heart goes out to you.
I guess no matter how, you love you mum and dad, for no matter
what they had done, they had given you life, love and brought you
up, sacrificing much along the way. I know how you feel...but not
the solution.
The solution you are thinking now is NOT the way. It is not
worth it - your life for hers. DONT EVER even think of it
again.
This situation needs counselling, a lot of it. For your dad. It
is only common, after the years, a woman would lose her beauty and
lose out to another younger lady along the way, more so if one is
charming and accede to his every wish. It is something that is
difficult to change - the weakness of man.
What makes a man strong is his character and his responsibility
-to the family. Your dad is unfortunately blinded by the charms of
the young beauty. And it will take time to make him forget her, if
not almost impossible, even at the expense of his last dollar in
his soon-to-get CPF.
The only solution I can think of is your relatives help, or
someone your dad listens without question to. As well as a civil
talk to the china beauty, of the harm she is doing to your family.
Every human has a conscience, and if you or a matured person can
talk to her REASONABLY AND NOT ACRIMONIOUSLY, she may be
touched to leave him alone.
But it will not solve your wandering and philandeering dad. HE
IS the problem. A heart to heart talk with your dad is needed. By
you or someone he can and willing to listen to and trust.
This is all i can think of that may help.
Good luck, and be calm. No person must be allowed to destroy the
family. But only in calm rationality then can we find solutions.
