they are being used for BC and mechanics training purpose.... is it very early to transfer 8 buses over? 4 more months will be start of Seletar package..and further someone else, said that only 40% of the SMRT BCs is going over to SBST..

further, if the A24 is indeed for sv24, it will take some time for all the BCs to learn the bendy (the BCs have their daily schedule and maybe can only spare 1-2 hrs to learn).

LTA allocate at least 10 new buses to TT at least 6 months ahead of the package start date. there isnt any new buses allocate to SBST as of now..

Makes sense. I forgot about TT being allocated 10 new buses. But I just get a feeling it won't be 24, somehow.

Nope. still pixel and old livery with the smal SBST sticker at the sides and at the front

They change tho for some reason. They used the standard SBST sticker (SD type) at the place they put the SMRT logo last time. Now revert back to the mini sticker.

Most likely lush green by next year.

An SMRT BC friend of mine ranting on how the bcm screw up everything..He don’t mind new operators but he say most of MAN buses goes to SBST while SMRT keep getting Citaro and B9TL ...Already Majority Yishun svc goes to SBST and he have to deployed on standby once SBST takes over the affected svc..That’s life bro..

I don’t mind B9TL on service with full DDs like 964 @ 972.Since B9TL is LTA BSEP buses and spread to all operators why didn’t the A95s too?

But then personally I feel this has to do with Woodlands, BPJ and CCK not having enough Shitaros. They should become at least 50% Shitaros for their SD's just like current Yishun and Sembawang.

Saw SMB8008L with SBST logos doing training along YCK Road this afternoon. It was at AMK Ave 5 and YCK Road junction towards YCK direction. I was waiting for 854 and I thot it was a MAN A24 cameo but it was actually SMB8008L.

Enough of the shitaro and your nonsense. Some of us here like the Citaro buses and even my foreign friends are asking, what's wrong with you and a few others. If you don't like this bus, just keep it to yourself. Personally, I prefer this bus over Scania K230UB and MAN A22. It is a great bus whether you hate it or not. Most of my BC friends love driving them (In good condition of course). Everytime I look at the post here and I see 'Shitaro', I feel pissed. Respect others if you want to be respected. So stop this 'Shitaro' nonsense once and for all. On behalf of others and myself Thanks
