For your first question, the answer is amazingly yes. I am not
encouraging people to go there to do so though.
Indeed, when one is very old, most likely his parents would be
dead already, but if they were somehow to be still alive, they
would be more in need of help than the TS by then. Hence, a more
proper way of putting it will be that TS will be unfilial to die
before his parents and leave them alone.
There are a few Old Folk's home which will take you in depending
on how bad your health condition is, though most of them are
christian-based. This is the case despite the fact that quite a
number of Old Folk's home are charging people who put their
elderlys there.
