i've talked to her about my worries liao. she promise once hols will stop taking, if any probs will see doctor for professional help.

i guess i was a little too worried. she seems quite ok to me questioning her. if anything i'll try to get her on something else, i heard frm somewhere those natural supplement pill with dunno wad oils one good for sleeping.

My girlfriend has been on sleeping pills for the last 2mths. She claims that she can't sleep because of her upcoming A level exam stress, but she's not been doing poorly. I can't help her much since all I can do is study with her, but the more we study the more stressed she seems to get.

I did not say i could not help her, I did not say i don't want to help her. I want to help her, but because i do not want to seem intrusive and overly paranoid, I came here to ask for relevant advice. eg. possible alternatives, are they really addictive, whether she can actually be weaned off the pills etc BEFORE I APPROACHED HER.
