SBS8676Z SG 83 same case as 262... Deploy WAB on a svc that cannot go WAB....262 get K230UBs is a simple reason, it was due to 0405s formally deployed which were due for retirement and replacements are needed. Same for 73 getting full K230UBs but still not WAB yet.
