i max 2 years jail or 10,000 fine or both. Offence not
important, anyone know the procedure or not? Subordinate court one,
if hire lawyer how much??
Normal situation
Appear in court, kanna procuted ppl will hv to sit 1 side.When
call name hv to go to the middle "stand" to hear charges...If kanna
postpone due to watever reason, ur father can either go home on
bail, or go remand if the case is seraver.
If kanna verdic stright away for "FINE", ur father will be
escourted to the right side/left side where the metal cage is>
inside got a door to go into the room to sit.(It is to gv some
time for the family members to pay the fine etc...)(if no money
pay, will walk down to the lockup-wait bout 1 hour-2hour, then take
the bus go to remand>last time i go is the queesstown de, now i
dunno)
If kanna go in sit, also go into the metal railling cage > go
down the stairs to lock up.wait for bus to go prison or remand.Got
free flow of milk tea & kopi-o> but only 1 packet of mee
goreng or bee hoon goreng.
Hire lawyer average is few thousand.(Also depends on
charges).Maybe you can try the TV always show the wat
