hi, would like to source for comments/suggestions regarding chiropactors.

my gf is suffering from neck pain which extends to shoulders/head(migraine) and affecting her overall health alot.

her specialist appointment in sgh (pain management centre) is in may, should i bring her to see a private chiropactor instead? Are there any other avenues to diagnose her problem?

Accupuncture, Yoga, Exercise (skipping rope) ?

How about physio? It might help too.

How long has she had it? Is she stress? How about the bed she is sleeping in? The pillow? All these can be possible causes for the neck problem.
