Continue to alienate people and play politics, and you will
really miss out a lot of learning opportunities.
What you all are doing reminds me of a story where the teacher
is using games to motivate students to learn, but got one group
just refuse to cooperate, but instead boycott every single game. In
the end, they lose out the learning opportunity. Never mind about
the story, 重点是 you are not going to get anything by discriminating
people.

add 0.1 to the 1, times eight times will be more than two.

1.1^8 = 2.1
It doesn’t matter if I am banned or whatsoever. 重点是 I don’t want
you to get stuck in this misery, of choosing sides and purposely
alienating people; you are not going to get anything by
discriminating people.
So, please, learn to accept everyone’s contribution. If everyone
can realise their potential and contribute their best work to the
organization (be it forum, school or work), I’m sure the results
would be tremendous.
