It is strange that the press and the government is more
concerned about foreign students who are sponsored by local
tax payers money to study.
What about the stress and debt sustained by local families ?
The worse thing is that most of the foreign talents ditched the
bond and left without serving the three year bond.
It is not that I have no compassion.
It is obvious that the so-called counselling system was a
joke.
Do we have to wait for some events and some one to die so we can
see the highly paid civil servants rushing forward to show their
face ???
If they cannot solve a problem, why are they still around
???
for students who ditch bonds, they will be hunted down.
for students that have scholarship with no bonds, they are not
expected to stay, so no biggie.
