Because not many Wldep BCs follow S969 to Loyang..They only assist for a few days then its full Lydep.70% are newbies without DD or bendy license..Now AMDEP activate former standby BCs with DD/Bendy license to drive 969 as perm BCs.

I only saw 1 WLDEP BC who drove 1230D last time and now still driving the 67 bendies wich is weird lol coz i saw the 969 BC now fly around feeders,960,966. Otherwise i see new faces on 969. Sadly those ex AMDEP 969 BC never drive 969 now, they are driving 811 n 854 now

93 had never moved depot since the 80s (when Volvo B57s were still around). All the while ARBP controlled even when its route extended from PLAB to Eunos in 1993.

And indeed 93 was not even touched at all, while all other Eunos services changed from HG to BR to BN (and eventually back to HG).
