SMRT should have moved 857 to full AMDEP and let WLDEP take back
half of 969 duties. More practical this way.
I would prefer Amdep take full control of 857 if they're allowed
to ONP at Seletar..
969 i prefer if Wldep take majority of the duties..20 duties
better and 8 duties of 858 can give to Loyang.854 i prefer Loyang
take partial duties(14 duties).961,985 can park at
Amdep.167,882,883,980 & 981 all park at Sembawang.
