rememberable.
Tell her the purpose of doing certain task. Like "
This must reach the bank by 2.00pm."
Instead of "When all this is finished, you take the pink slip,
fill it up and attach here, and put all into the envelope, then
write on the envelope the bank name, then call Ah Seng and ask him
to sent the envelope to the bank, before 2.00pm."
When she understand the purpose she will perform better, and
even exercise her initiative when things don't go well. Require her
to follow instructions, and she will do just that, if she can
remember all of the instructions.
