have u done any analysis to show that it cannot be done in 2 weeks?

well, its a big one, two major things cant be finished coz we are still not sure how to do it

u need to scope the project...

if not possible, go to the management and ask for extention with supporting data and timelines..

How?

Technically, you are not broaching the subject effectively to management level.

You never state what kind of project is it, I am sure there are some libraries out there which requires a joining fee to get information.

If it's IEEE, then apply for IEEE memebership and library.
