HELP!! Pimples at around chest area and back of the body??

hey ts, i got this same problem as u.. doctor told me its due to toxic or something in e body.. dun bother going to doctors because they would tell u to eat...

I'm 15 going 16 soon.

And yups, i do have pimples on my face. But mostly around the forehead.

I dont think it's inherited from my parents as they do not have pimples growing on their back or chest area.

Sometimes the pimples are very itchy and painful that makes me want to scratch it.

Going to a specialist is quite expensive =\
So i think i'll drink more water and eat more fruits and see if it's better (:

can it be bought in sg? wad is that product anyway.. cream? or edible stuff... anyway ts ur parents might have the history of pimple spams on them and u don't know? my dad had it therefore i guess mine was inherited..

How to prevent pimples from growing at around the chest area and at the back of the body.
I also do have very small pimples which is not so visible from far.

It's very disgusting when you touch it -.-
And also wearing off shoulder makes people keep noticing my back. -.-

For the front one, it's not that obvious as only sometimes pimples grow.

How to prevent them from growing? ):

i have this problem before now it gone i still remember how it started it starting growing at the back and to the chest it is cause by to not wearing cloth(at home) and didn't bath or clean problay and expose to heat which will cause pimples .... i don't even relised it XD i think to do execrise go running sweat it out it will help to get rid all of pimples.
