Someone plotting revenge?
Its not hate, but hurt.
That person has been hurt, by something grevious or something
petty, usually the ego has taken a dent. This hurt generates hate,
and the need to dish out tit for tat, or most likely, this for
that. Revenge!
Find out where the hurt is. Is it the ego, or pride, or
loss of someone special or something valuable. Once you can
identify the hurt, it will lose its potency. Note feeling the hurt,
is not the same as acknowledging the hurt. The difference is in
feeling pissed, as against saying " I was pissed by her remark."
The latter leads the way towards pacification. The former
snowballs.
Identify the hurt to forestall revenge.
As for retribution, forget it, as it is usually association. We
are quick to attribute an unfortunate turn to past events and
say its retribution.
