Because at Punggol the guide rack is TOTALLY EMPTY
and at Bishan the guide rack is Full of service 50 accurate date as
of 31 July 2013 guides.
At Punggol Bus Interchange. When I find that there are no guides
on the racks, I headed to the office, but on the right window
panel, there is some kind of a rack made using masking tape and it
was fully filled with that new service 50 guides (or rather,
stacked against the windows pane and secured using masking
tape).
