All R and E suffixed Premium services have not received reprints since last year, 854E being the last to reprint at Sep 2015. 963E and R excluded.

Punggol services guides seems to have run out when I last visited one month back.I went again today and only found 83 guides.I have been wanting to collect the 118 guides but is still not restocked.I don't think PSC will have so I didn't ask.(Anyway read previous page ask also no use

i guess collectors like us wants the hardcopy and originality. Just like how stamp and mint collectors are, u cant expect them to upload to a wiki and then ask the rest to download right?
