u specialized in psychology, wanting to get into the social
services industry yet you do not seem at all familiar with the
various institutions avail in singapore.
do put in more effort & do some background research into
this industry yah? can ask your lecturers and alumni for advice on
how they get started.
studying or having that piece of grad cert nowadays will not get
you a job or keep you there. good networking skills and
self-initiative might. good that you started out by asking
around.
ps: try checking out family care corners near your place (under
umbrella of MCYS). learn about what they do, talk to them on
their staff employment requisites etc.

Did consult my lecturers but they all went up and studied till
the Masters and phd level and subsequently went into private
practice.
Like I mentioned in my first post, I have tried various
institutions but they all require some form of experience even
though it was for a junior position.
