so experience might not apply next time i guess...
That depens.. if he leaves the company and jump into another
company in the SAME/RELATED industry.. then yes.. his hands on
experience and accumulated work experience counts.
If he goes into a different industry.. then he probably has to
start from entry level.. but he will have accumulated working
experience to show.
If the private company requires regulatory comms then having
some experience in the same field at a gov body IS actually
beneficial for him.
