"Certs does not makes any individuals smart. Knowledgeable yes.
So definitely not certs."
intelligence is subjective in the first place and academic
qualifications are a method of quantification akin to Kant's
subjective universal for theorizing in the social sciences.
Eg. The average MIT theoretical physics grad is more
intelligent than the average University Sains Malaysia business
grad.
"smartness can
be a measurement for the sensible intellectual
capacity of an individual"
I think you meant that intellectual capacity can be a measure of
'smartness'. I dont really understand what 'sensible intellectual
capacity' means though, perhaps you could enlighten me.
"I supposed Smartness has to be
realised and awakened?"
I actually think its innate.
People are born with abilities.
Intellectual capacity is the container for knowledge, not
measurement of smartness.
Smartness is innate, that's correct. But because it is innate,
it has to be awakened and realised. And unfortunately nobody are
born with the same potential of smartness. You can also called it
an ability.
A person with higher intellectual capacity may come up with an
improvised solution to solve a problem by making use of the
knowledge within the mind. A smart person would come up with
an entirely new solution to solve a problem by using original
knowledge created within the mind.
Intelligent people are people who are versatile and knows how to
make use of the knowledge created by smart people. Smart people are
usually not people who possessed an enormous amount of knowledge in
their minds.
