I realize I have serious anxiety problems ever since I
started working. I mean I was painfully shy in school and there was
one time I planned to meet a classmate in a canteen, I got all
psyche up and started to sweat and shiver profusely...it was
embarrassing and the person avoided me after that.
My first job was a retail one, selling cookies and stuff. I had
to do promotion and everything and it was pretty hard for me. I had
to face customers and yes I messed up so I got booted after
that.
So now I still got another one that requires me to face
customers and I always have difficulty breathing and it makes
me mess up and look confuse when actually i'm not but is
my anxiety that is getting into me.
How do I calm myself? I always feel so nervous, it's hard to
control..
You should pay a visit to your nearest GP for immediate
consultation.
You might need to take some anti-anxiety medication for a
while.
If it's not a psychology problem, then it's probably caused by
some damage in your brain.
Have you had any accident to your head previously in the
past?
