AAAA and I were planning to visit the AMK
private showflat since 2 weeks ago but our schedule doesn’t fit. Or
rather, when it really fit, he doesn’t want it. Anyway, I went down
there and take a look in the evening but there were some hurdles
which not worth to mention. The distance was a bit disappointing
since it is too far from the bus stop as well as the train station.
What’s more, the price is a bit too high when depreciation in
housing estates has been constantly dropping these few weeks. So,
as predicted by AAAAA and myself, we didn’t apply the flat. It
was a right choice. There is another option in Queenstown whereby
new high rising flat will be developed very soon. But again, this
option should be dropped since when flats are near to the town, it
would most probably very very very expensive.
One conclusion: we wont be applying flat so
soon.
3 reasons: (1) he is still studying (2) he don’t
have $ (3) he haven’t proposed!
Conclusion, well since the guy haven even
proposed why the need to go look for flat like u are already
engaged ? I thought the process is , propose > then marriage
> then look for flat
its jz young couple dreaming... not reali so disturbing till must
create thread in AA...
