Hi mr iveco, yes the current changi bus park will be demolished soon. It will be closed down on 10 dec to build the East Coast integrated depot which is a multi storey depot housing east-west, downtown, Thomson-east coast mrt lines. It will also house a new multi storey changi bus depot. This east coast intregrated depot was announced sometimes way back earlier this year. Cheers. Thanks.

Simei has a piece of lush green land just at the back of MRT. If ever there is a need, LTA can used it to build small interchange Serangoon style, but given Simei is a small town, there may not be much of a need.

That side always jammed up with private cars..Simei to be frank no need la,Quite good connection already.CCK is the one need at least a bus terminal to deviate some CCK svc and free up spaces.

Simei is small town. Got svc from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Bedok that passed by there. Got MRT wich is at most 10 mins bus ride away. Got East Point.

I rather they put it at Yew Tee near Kranji Camp there.
