Well, without counting 700A, 971E and 979M, there are actually
11 bus services.
There is actually space for 1 new bus service at Bukit Panjang
Bus Interchange, even if we do not remove 180.

75, 176, 184, 920, 922, 970, 972, 975
and 979/M
-- Possibly introduced: 973
-- May be truncated or modified to terminate:

-- Either terminate or just looping around, depending on
remaining space: 177, 180, 971E and 983
-- Likely to be withdrawn: 700/A
There's about 10 services from the first two groups. Then it
will be at most two more from the rest of the list. 700 will be
there if it is not withdrawn or modified.
Not sure if the bus park would still be operational (and if so,
how it would affect bus termination).
