The routing of 120/121/122 has been rubbish. Whoever did these routes did a very bad job. I agree there should be connection between Telok Blangah Heights to Tiong Bahru and this could be achieved by better routing of 120.

ideally 120 route should have been:

HarbourFront -- Telok Blangah Road -- Telok Blangah Dr/Heights -- Henderson road -- Telok Blangah Way -- Lower Delta road -- Jalan Bukit Merah -- Kim Tian road -- Tiong Bahru MRT -- Lower Delta road -- Alexandra Road -- Tanglin road -- Kay Siang road -- Margaret Dr -- Queenstown MRT -- Dawson road -- Kay Siang road & back.

1 service would cover 120-121-122. It will be high loading servixe that can be operated at 07-10 mins interval. It would also connect Dawson that has been ignored. 124 in turn could be extended to Bukit Merah Inteechange via Telok Blangah Heights.

The routing of 120, 121 and 122 are as such because the bus network at Bukit Merah area is already well established. (After all, that area is right outside the city centre.) The new routes are configured to create new bus connections, while limit the duplication of resources.

An upgrade of capacity, from single decker buses to double decker buses, should be sufficient, since most of the above-mentioned bus routes use only single decker buses at the moment. No need for new bus route.

Actually they can reroute 124

Instead of turning right to Lower Delta from Telok Blangah Way, 124 cn turn left instead go to Tiong Bahru Road, turn right, Go all the way to Outram MRT and then turn left at Eu Tong Sen St to go to St Mike’s.

Or simply reroute 120 to make it skip Lower Delta Rd and head straight to Tiong Bahru MRT, follow 121 into Kim Tian Road then left into Jalan Bukit Merah. However, some Jalan Bukit Merah residents may have to lose their direct connection to Redhill MRT while others (those staying near Silat Road) will have a new connection to Tiong Bahru MRT. However, I still doubt that many Telok Blangah Heights/Dr residents may want to take 120 until Tiong Bahru MRT due its windy route like I've said before, and Tiong Bahru Road is also getting a bit too packed ever since the addition of 121/122/123M.

Or maybe no Lor Halus but Gali Batu depot instead..Those two can only park 295(KJDEP) and 315(WLDEP)..No point keeping them since CCK-BPJ package is already 32 svc and Woodlands North in future.Ayer Rajah and Bukit Batok also won't last long.Most probably LTA looking into 450-600 capacity depot hence you why there's plan to expand HGDEP and retain Soon Lee,Bedok North and Ang Mo Kio.

What's going on with the Compassvale Interchange? It's been months it is ready... and still no announcement.

Haven't they sorted out the legal issues yet? Also what they were sleeping all these years when they first proposed and then constructed the expansion interchange?

Ridiculously delayed.
