All, upper east coast terminal expansion opened. Hougang int expansion also opened. Punggol int expansion opened 1st phase 13 lots with construction still ongoing for another 8 lots and canteen and admin office and 2 boarding berths plus 1 alighting berth scheduled by Q3 2017.

Isn't there a DTL maintenance facility in marina south? next to it got space for bus park? if yes they should build one for rail replacement buses only.

If I'm not wrong, the DTL maintenance facility is in Basement 1 of Marina Bay CCL Station, and was only a temporary one used before DTL2 opened. So there's no space for a bus park on the ground.

anyway, training bus doesn't necessarily mean new bus service. It could just be a new bus driver preparing for the job.
