by security i'd say shes comfortable with you around and willing
to talk to you bout anything.. when you get comfortable with
someone, you might gradually fall for him/her regardless of his/her
looks or whatever.
i use the word 'might' because it's not necessary for one to get
comfortable with another and then fall for him/her. but in your
case it is and, she likes you 
(not sure bout the $$$ part unless you've been showin her the
money!

i think it lies with your character.... i guess you must be the
type that is er, good to friends, very steady, righteous (pretty
impt), easy-goin....? (i dont know because i dont know you
so i only assume nia in your words from your past
threads ) but i feel that you're quite an easy person to
talk to, well at least in here
