my story’s like this.. knew this girl for about less than a
month.. within this month we’ve been out on dates, thrice. send her
home.. go eat.. dinner shopping etc. on the last date we held hands
after the movies, and also i told her i like her and she said she
liked me too. i told her once about being my gf over sms but she
said not girlfriend yet, too fast. i plan to ask her again later
this week. any suggestions on what to say.

No need to be so hung up about a designation.
Giving you the title of " boyfriend" does not really mean
much.
When both of you agrees to remain in an exclusive relationship
and abide by it, you are essentially a "couple".
What you are doing now is on the right track.
Take your time to get to know each other... care and concern for
each other.. supportive of each other.. "GROW" and nurture the
relationship. That's what a relationship is about.
