well, i am not showing off, i hope my life story help to wake
people up that money is not everything.
However, I am happy to make the
change from living from landed property to HDB flat with him
because I am starting a new life with him.
I guess this is what i was trying to
say..Rich people may be looking for something more substantial in life than material comforts.
Well my point is to prove that the
joy of
material comforts fade off after a while
And i guess singapore women need to wake up as rich doesnt mean a thing.
My Gf told me that rich but no companionship is worst than being poor and contended with human relations
U can be poor but if u are rich in relationships, love , friends, U are not poor
What I don't understand is why is it necessary to always keep
on harping the comparison with Singaporean women?
Don't tell me there are no 'money minded' women in other
countries? Or
do you assume that singaporean women are ALL
materialistic?
OR do you think that only women can be materialistic and men not
so?
I agree with you that money cannot replace relationships,
friends, and love. And this belief should be put across to everyone
- not necessarily only to singaporean or women or Singaporean
women.
Also it is unnecessary to put down people in order to put
across this point.
Besides love, relationship, friendship - there is also respect,
unbiasedness, courtesy and consideration. What about these good
values as well :)
