I send a video to my friend and unfortunately at that time she
was in hospital, and I still don't know why I send the link.
After seeing it, she was angry and didn't chat with me after
that. I accidentally typed "haha" at MSN and it made the situation
worse.
I really want to apologize to her but I was wondering what was
the best way to do it. I want us to be friends again...

just make a long distance call to her if u have her number or
write her an email to apologise. have you done it by the way?
