Both routes sound interesting. 152 looks to be to compensate 15 not having DDs.

I would prefer 137 start from Sims Place loop at Ubi Ind estates via Civil Defence bldg then turn right/left follow 58 bus stops.

Eunos Interchange >> Sims Ave East >> Still Road >> Joo Chiat Road >> Telok Kurau Road >> Marine Parade Road (loop) & back

* 150 operates with fleet of 07 SDs at frequency of 07-08 mins.

Pasir Ris Interchange >> existing route >> Still Road >> Still Road South >> Marine Parade Road (loop) & back

* 15 operates with fleet of 20 buses with 15 DDs, 5 SDs

Woodlands Interchange >> existing route >> Eunos Link >> Sims Ave East >> New Upper Changi Road >> Bedok interchange

* Provides direct connection between Bukit Panjang, Trellis Towers, Geylang Bahru Industrial Estate to Bedok

* Having a terminal point at Bedok will also ensure better reliability given that 966 looping point is too far from originating point + some relief to BCs

* Those traveling to Marine Parade can transfer to sv 15 @ Eunos Link

* Possibly this suggestion will get me a lot of "hate replies" :)

* Given the parallelism with 25 from Hougang Ave 2/YCK Road junction to Bedok, this will not inconvenience any pax. Moreover, sv 25 has a superior DD frequency of 05-07 mins.

* Can reduce number of buses to 25 but deploy 20 HC, 5 rigids.

* 854 will provide good connectivity to the Eunos-Hougang-YCK-Yishun stretch where it is needed the most.

* All stop italized in pink are new stops not covered today by any existing service. With DTL3 coming in, it is going to be difficult for company buses to have so many pick up/drop points. Hence, it will be necessary to have a service connect UBI and Kaki Bukit North industrial estates to DTL3/CCL/EWL.

* This service provides MRT connection at Paya Lebar for EWL, Macpherson for CCL/DTL3 and Kaki Bukit for DTL3.

* The service is made to ply Bartley road east given the high number of lodges/dorms in the area + many new industrial buildings TOP in last 2 years + coming in 2017

* This is primarily an industrial service, hence suggest it is full fleet DD with high frequency of 08-10 mins to begin with and off-peak/weekends to have frequency of 17-20 mins.

* Thoughts?

If 67 is removed what svc is gonna cover the eastern sectors?

I would much rather the svc gets sped up to skip certain sectors like BKT Rd...

Yes it's quite a long list of winding services that need to be relooked at because public is not going to take buses for such long distances especially if they are so winding. If they go direct to the point and connect towns, they will be useful substitutes to MRT. If they wind, no chance 99% prefer take MRT -> bus than do bus all the way.

Rather than chopping here and there why don't make big adjustment to long distance winding routes?For instance can make some sector express by skipping some stops.
