need to clean my VCR head,tape or liquid spray type onto the head ?

Cleaning vcr tapes is very very agonising.
Use yr saliva can liao, an antiseptic that kill germs and bacteria.
Normally I'll used the tape type to clean the VCR Haven't try the liquid spray so far
